    This course was designed for managers and professionals who want and need "a seat at the table." You may want to get more involved with your organization's strategy or you may need to improve some skills to implement big organizational initiatives.

  • Background

    I've facilitated hundreds of in-person versions of this course, globally, over the years. That said, I have no desire to travel through airports any more. The course includes about 90 minutes of video in segments from five to fifteen minutes, worksheets, job aids, and checklists. The videos may be "interesting," but the real value comes from using and applying the worksheets, job aids, and checklists.
